The 1001Tracklists Top 101 Producers rankings & The Future Of Dance selections have become inseparable from Amsterdam Dance Event, and the eagerly anticipated concept is back in 2024 for its biggest year yet! On Thursday, October 17th, and spread across two stages for the first ever time, artists from this year’s Top 101 Producers rankings, Future Of Dance selections, as well as devoted fans and industry professionals will unite for a night of new music, celebration, and community. The 1001Tracklists Top 101 Producers rankings & The Future Of Dance selections have become inseparable from Amsterdam Dance Event, and the eagerly anticipated concept is back in 2024 for its biggest year yet! On Thursday, October 17th, artists from this year’s Top 101 Producers rankings, Future Of Dance selections, as well as devoted fans and industry professionals will unite for a night of new music, celebration, and community.
Returning to the Room Mate Aitana Hotel as part of Meet Me At The Hotel for their signature party, attendees can expect a landmark event with exclusive back to back sets from a festival caliber lineup. Get ready for loads of new music, big ID premieres, and special guests!
Spread across two stages for the first ever time, fans can expect more music than ever! With a finger on the pulse of electronic music, the celebratory event will deliver sets from both trending talents and global superstars. Previous Top 101 Producers and The Future Of Dance celebrations have included artists from Alex Wann to Armin van Buuren, Laura van Dam to David Guetta, Francis Mercier to MEDUZA, James Hype to Nifra, and LOVRA to Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano.
On Monday, October 14th, the Top 101 Producers 2024 ranking will be unveiled, featuring the artists whose tracks were most supported by DJs around the world. The 100% data-driven ranking uses only data from the 1001Tracklists website and provides a unique indicator for an artist’s performance over the past 12 months. Previous champions have included David Guetta (2023, 2022), Vintage Culture (2021), David Guetta (2020), Oliver Heldens (2019), and Don Diablo (2018).
Also on the 14th, 1001Tracklists will again simultaneously publish the ‘Future Of Dance’ list heavily featuring women and POC artists alongside underrepresented genres from the Top 101 Producers. Hand-selecting artists from across the globe, the Future of Dance is not just a list — it’s a movement to inspire greater change in the dance music scene. These artists’ productions have also been important in defining the sounds of the electronic music world in the past 12 months and will pave the path ahead.
For 2024, we’re thrilled to announce that we have partnered with R/HOOD to present this year’s Future Of Dance stage. R/HOOD is an international community uplifting DJs from underrepresented neighborhoods. They provide a platform for artists to express their sound, inspire, and support the next generation of creatives. With a shared ethos and similar community mentality, we’re excited to take the Future Of Dance celebrations to a whole new level together!
We’re also excited to continue our partnership with POSH, an event management platform which will again be handling our RSVPs and ticketing.
